Where are the Church/State Separationists Now?

If my understanding of history is accurate, marriage was always the province of the Church, not the state, until Henry VIII declared himself the head of the Church of England so he could grant himself permission to divorce his wife.

- Protesting the enactment of a law that encroaches on the liberties of the citizens of the United States is a right that is guaranteed by the Constitution. I, for one, do not see how Arizona's illegal immigration legislation encroaches on the liberties of any of our citizenry.

- There is absolutely NO REASON anyone NEEDS to be talking on a cell phone while they are driving. This article just underscores how self-centered all people really are. I don't think that legislation is going to stop people from talking on cell phones while they drive.

- That's how logic works.  It is a means of connecting a presupposition, or an accepted "fact" to a conclusion.  You do not have any factual knowledge of anything apart from whatever your presuppositions were.  Neither do I.  To quote myself,

- The rules of logic are part of the method of science, but you are assuming that they are valid.  That is a pre-supposition.
